Our Booking Process

Submit an inquiry or give us a call with your event details.

Provide as many details as possible so that we can determine if your event and our service is a good fit. Working on details? That’s okay – but we do need estimates in order to provide package/pricing options.

We’ll schedule a quick phone consultation to review.

We bring elevated coffee experiences to our clients. Understanding event logistics, budget, and our clients’ needs is essential to providing accurate pricing and a positive experience for your guests. We highly recommend this step.

Your event date is secured once the deposit is paid.

While we would love to serve every event opportunity, we do book out for high-demand dates a year or two in advance. We do not hold dates without a client’s financial and contractual commitment.
